By accessing or using the DOSE Wellness Group website at dosewellnessgroup.ca (the "Site") or any services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. DOSE Wellness Group reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The information provided on this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

DOSE Wellness Group facilitates connections between clients and independent registered health professionals. The clinical services provided by matched practitioners are governed by their own professional and regulatory obligations. DOSE Wellness Group is not responsible for the clinical decisions or conduct of independent practitioners.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older, unless otherwise specified. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Services for minors may be available through a parent or legal guardian — please contact us for more information.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Canadian federal or provincial law.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or tool on the Site.

Our therapist matching tool uses information you provide to suggest potentially suitable practitioners. Matches are based on stated preferences and are not a guarantee of clinical fit, availability, or outcome. You are not obligated to proceed with any suggested match.

Match results and session data are stored anonymously in your browser using a local session token. We do not link this data to your identity unless you choose to submit an appointment request.

Appointment requests submitted through the Site are subject to practitioner availability and confirmation. An appointment request does not constitute a confirmed booking until you receive written confirmation from DOSE or your matched practitioner.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at the discretion of the practitioner.

Service fees will be communicated prior to booking confirmation. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed through our secure third-party payment provider. DOSE Wellness Group does not store your payment card information.

Many services may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefit plans. It is your responsibility to verify coverage with your insurer. DOSE provides receipts for all sessions to support insurance claims.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of DOSE Wellness Group or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DOSE Wellness Group and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to DOSE in the three months preceding the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. DOSE Wellness Group has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
