Registered Social Worker

About the role
We are looking for a Registered Social Worker with clinical experience to provide therapeutic counselling to adults across Canada. You will support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges, using a trauma-informed, client-centred approach. This is a contract, virtual role with flexible scheduling.
What you'll do
- Provide individual counselling and psychosocial support to adult clients via virtual platform.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop collaborative care plans.
- Maintain clinical records in compliance with CASW and provincial standards.
- Liaise with other DOSE practitioners to support integrated, whole-person care.
- Participate in peer consultation and team learning opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with a provincial college.
- Minimum two years of clinical counselling experience with adults.
- Training in trauma-informed practice and at least one evidence-based therapeutic modality.
- Experience with or openness to virtual service delivery.
- Professional liability insurance and valid criminal record check.
